Situated in the town of Kuala Perlis, the terminal is approximately 500 meters from the Kuala Perlis Bus Terminal, making it easily accessible by foot. For those arriving by train, the Arau Train Station is about a 20-minute taxi ride away.

The primary route is between Kuala Perlis and Kuah Jetty on Langkawi Island.Major ferry operators include:
